I’m ready to move my next collection into production and need a skilled T-shirt designer who can translate my concepts into two technical outputs: layered Adobe Illustrator (.ai) artwork and matching embroidery files ready for the machine. The creative direction is firmly minimalist, yet each piece must still feel distinctive through tasteful use of text-based elements, clean illustrations and subtle pattern work.
You will receive clear design briefs along with the exact colour palette for every shirt; sticking to those shades is essential. In return I expect fully editable Illustrator files with all fonts outlined plus the corresponding embroidery file formatted for mainstream industrial machines (DST or PES preferred—let me know your specialty).
Because these graphics belong to an unreleased brand line, I will require a signed NDA before sharing any source material or references. Confidentiality is non-negotiable, so please be comfortable working under those terms.
Deliverables (per approved design)
• Final .ai file, layers intact
• Production-ready embroidery file (DST/PES)
• Quick mock-up on a blank shirt to verify placement
If you have a portfolio that shows minimalist tees or embroidery-ready artwork, point me to it and include your typical turnaround time per design. I’m looking to start immediately once the NDA is in place.
