Realistic T-Shirt Design for Pipe Band

I'm looking for an experienced illustrator to create fun and realistic t-shirt designs for our pipe band.

Requirements:
- Realistic images of:
- Highland steer
- Beaver
- Prairie bison
- Skeleton playing bagpipes
- Designs should be suitable for dark-colored shirts (e.g., black, navy)
- Images to be placed on both front and back of the shirts. Large image on the back and a small emblem on the front left shoulder.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in realistic illustration
- Experience in t-shirt design
- Ability to work with dark color palettes
- Attention to detail and creativity
