InDesign Patient Brochure Typesetting

I need an experienced Adobe InDesign specialist to take my English-language patient education brochures from draft copy to a polished, press-ready layout. You will be working entirely remotely, flowing supplied text and images into master templates, applying consistent paragraph and character styles, adjusting tables or call-outs, and ensuring every spread meets professional medical-publishing standards for clarity and readability.

Brand colours, fonts, and sample pages will be provided at the outset. I’ll review low-resolution PDFs, return any mark-ups, and ask you to supply updated proofs until everything is approved. Once approved, I’ll need:

• A print-ready PDF with bleeds and crop marks
• The fully packaged InDesign folder (INDD, links, fonts)

Accuracy, tidy layer management, and reliable file naming are essential because these brochures go straight to hospital print vendors. If you’re comfortable turning small batches around quickly, let’s get started.
