I am looking to commission a highly accurate hand-painted recreation of a provided reference image featuring a sky and aircraft.
The final artwork should closely match the supplied reference in composition, colours, proportions, atmosphere, positioning of the aircraft, and overall visual appearance. The painting will preferably be created on an A4 or A5 canvas.
This is a strictly confidential private commission. The selected artist must be willing to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning the work. I will bear the reasonable costs associated with preparing and executing the NDA, including stamp paper, stamp duty, and notarisation where required.
Basic Commission & NDA Terms
Full Ownership & Rights Transfer
Upon completion of the artwork and receipt of final payment, all agreed copyright, intellectual property rights, and ownership rights in the commissioned artwork shall be exclusively transferred to the Commissioner, subject to applicable law.
No Attribution or Association
The Artist shall not seek public credit, claim attribution in connection with the commissioned work, or publicly associate their name or identity with the artwork.
Strict Confidentiality
The Artist must keep completely confidential the artwork, reference material, payment details, commissioning relationship, communications, and the existence and contents of the agreement.
No Posting, Portfolio Use or Display
The Artist may not post, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, showcase, or otherwise use the artwork or work-in-progress material on social media, websites, portfolios, galleries, exhibitions, promotional materials, or any other public or private platform without prior written permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The final agreement will be governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction as specified in the executed agreement, proposed to be New Delhi.
