Realistic Pencil Landscape Sketch Needed

I’d like a skilled illustrator to turn my landscape concept into a clean, realistic pencil sketch. Think traditional graphite work with careful attention to depth, light, and texture—something that could later be used as the basis for a presentation board.

Here’s what I have in mind: I’ll share reference photos and a rough layout of the scene, including focal points and perspective notes. From there, you’ll refine the composition, block in major shapes, and render the final piece with smooth gradients and crisp detailing that reads well when scanned. I prefer the drawing on an A4 or similar-sized sheet so I can digitise it easily.

When we’re done, I’ll need:
• The original drawing (a clear scan at 300 dpi or higher)
• A simple permission note allowing me to reuse the artwork in future pitch decks
