Realistic Hero Art Creation

I need a talented artist to create a single-panel custom hero art piece; it needs to be scalable for printing on canvas or in a frame, approx. 12x18 inches. The artwork should be in a realistic style - well, more like current comic book art styles.

I have an original character for whom I need the hero art. I have the colour scheme and physical appearance (will be discussed with the artist); beyond that, I picture something along the lines of a Supergirl outfit.

Intended to be a Christmas present, so it will need to be finished for delivery or printing by mid-December.

Key requirements:
- Artist must have strong skills in realistic art
- Must be able to capture detailed physical appearance based on reference photos of the person and attire
- Experience with character design is a plus
- Ability to incorporate a pet (cat) sidekick into the artwork
- Zero-AI use requirement; this will be checked at each stage and against examples of work
