Realistic Cinematic Photo-to-Video -- 2

I have a single high-resolution portrait and I want it brought to life as a short, cinematic clip. The finished video must keep every detail of the original image intact—face, hair, clothing, even subtle textures—while introducing believable motion. Picture the subject walking naturally through a tranquil nature scene: gentle head turns, soft eye blinks, clothing reacting to a light breeze, foliage moving in the background, and a smooth, professional camera track that feels like it was captured on location. Lighting, shadows, and depth-of-field need to match the realism of high-end film work; no uncanny artifacts or identity changes are acceptable.
I can supply the photo in RAW or PNG along with any color references you need. You choose the ideal workflow—whether that’s Stable Diffusion/ControlNet, D-ID, Kaiber, Runway Gen-2, Unreal Engine, or a custom compositing pipeline—so long as the result is convincing and production-ready.
Deliverables:
• A 6–10 second 1080p (or higher) MP4 video
• Same framing as the photo unless a subtle cinematic crop is required
• Color-graded version plus a clean, un-graded master
• Source project files so future revisions are possible
Acceptance criteria:
• Identity, outfit, and hairstyle match the original 1:1
• Motion is smooth with no jitter or morphing
• Environment is a nature scene only (urban or indoor alternatives are not needed)
• Final file passes basic playback checks on desktop and mobile
Timeline is comfortable—delivery any time within the next month works for me. If you have previous examples of realistic photo-to-video transformations, share a link so I can see your approach. Looking forward to collaborating!
