Real-Money Ludo App Development

I’m building a real-money Ludo experience for Android and need someone who can take the idea from concept to a smooth, secure release on a fixed budget of roughly ₹30,000 INR.

Core gameplay must mirror classic Ludo while supporting the three modes I rely on most: secure multiplayer, bot/computer play for solo users, and private rooms for friends. A lightweight but reliable anti-cheating layer—basic checks such as seed randomisation, move validation, and tamper detection—should run quietly in the background so matches stay fair without slowing the game down.

On the financial side, the app needs:
• An in-app wallet that handles deposits, updates winning balances in real time, and queues withdrawal requests.
• Integration with trusted local Indian payment gateways (UPI, Paytm, Razorpay or similar).
• A straightforward KYC step and basic anti-fraud flags before payouts are approved.

I’m expecting clean architecture, intuitive UI/UX, and well-commented code that I can later extend. Please include a brief outline of the tech stack you’d use, any relevant past projects, and the estimated timeline to hit each milestone (prototype, wallet integration, launch-ready build).
