Real Estate Lead Conversion Automation

I’m ready to remove the manual work from my real-estate lead conversion stage and have every hot prospect glide through a fully automated system. All my incoming leads already sit in our CRM; what’s missing is the engine that takes them from “interested” to “booked call” without me chasing them.

Here’s what I need put in place:

• Follow-up sequences: The moment a new lead lands in the system, I want personalised, timed outreach to go out over email, SMS and, when appropriate, a triggered phone-call task. Think dynamic templates, merge fields and branching logic that adapts to the lead’s behaviour.

• Appointment scheduling: Leads should be able to pick a slot straight from a link in any message they receive. Once they book, confirmations and reminders must fire automatically and sync with my calendar so nothing slips.

• Lead scoring & prioritisation: Behind the scenes, I need a rules-based (or lightweight AI-driven) model that grades each lead in real time based on engagement, demographics and deal size so my team sees a clear priority queue inside the CRM dashboard.

I’m already comfortable with platforms like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Salesforce, Twilio and Calendly – if you have a preferred stack that achieves the same outcome, pitch it. What matters is that the flow is reliable, documented and easy for me to tweak later.

Deliverables will be:

1. Fully built automation workflows, tested end-to-end.
2. Configuration guide and screen-share walkthrough so I can maintain everything myself.
3. A simple report proving messages sent, bookings made and leads scored correctly during testing.
