MVA Injury Cold Calling Specialist - Immediate Joining

This campaign targets accident victims across the United States. Using VICIDIAL, you will place both the very first outreach and any required follow-up calls, guiding each prospect from curious caller to confirmed retainer with our personal-injury firm.

My benchmark for success is simple: immediate sign-ups. Every call should aim to transfer the client & secure the client’s electronic signature before the line is closed, or at the least move the prospect decisively toward that goal.

To thrive in this role you will rely on:
• Smooth, persuasive communication that keeps injured claimants engaged and trusting.
• Working knowledge of personal-injury law and common MVA terminology so you can answer basic questions without hesitation.
• Prior intake experience—collecting accident details, insurance information, and medical history accurately inside VICIDIAL and our linked CRM.

Native-level English is mandatory, as is proven VICIDIAL proficiency; anyone still learning the platform will not be a fit. Expect an initial performance checkpoint after the first week’s call recordings and sign-up numbers. Consistently hit the conversion target and the project rolls into an ongoing engagement with higher call volumes.
