I need an eye-catching, informative company profile that introduces our Jeddah-based real estate agency to investors, landlords, and prospective tenants. The piece will function much like a brochure, but it must read as a concise narrative of who we are, the services we provide, and the projects we have completed.

Scope of work
• Conceptualise a clean, modern layout that reflects the local Saudi market while still feeling international.
• Incorporate our existing logo, brand colours, and project photos (I will supply all assets).
• Structure the content into clear sections—about us, services, portfolio, key statistics, and contact information—so readers can grasp our value proposition quickly.
• Deliver a press-ready PDF for print (A4, tri-fold or multi-page booklet—whichever your design best supports) plus an optimised PDF for email and web.
• Provide editable source files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred) so we can update figures later.

Timeline
