I’m looking for a seasoned phone pro who can turn my real-estate leads into confirmed seller consultations. The focus is 100 % on listings, so every call you place will aim to secure a meeting with homeowners ready to discuss putting their property on the market.

You won’t have to hunt for prospects—I’ll supply fresh, targeted lead lists. Your job is to work those lists efficiently, follow the script or refine it if you know a better way, handle basic objections, and lock in time-slotted appointments on my calendar. Strong conversational English, a friendly but persuasive tone, and reliable follow-up habits are essential. Experience with common real-estate CRMs and dialers is a plus; if you already work in Mojo, Vulcan7, Follow Up Boss, or similar, mention it when you reply.

Deliverables
• Daily call activity report with contact outcomes
• Calendar entries for each booked seller consultation, including notes that will help me prepare
• Weekly summary of appointment ratios so we can tweak messaging and improve show-up rates
