As aCruise Specialist, you’ll assist clients with selecting and booking cruise vacations, onboard experiences, excursions, and travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Recommend cruise lines and itineraries

Book cabins, transportation, and excursions

Provide clients with cruise documentation and itineraries

Assist with changes, upgrades, and travel support

Stay informed on cruise promotions and destinations

Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements
Qualifications
Interest in cruise travel and hospitality

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication abilities

Ability to learn booking platforms and systems

Self-motivated and dependable

Client centered experience

Familiar with sales cycle and selling process

Experience with front-line sales or knowledge thereof
