I’m transferring property held within a single state and need professionally drafted title deed documents that can be printed, signed, notarised, and recorded without revision. You will receive the full legal description, grantor/grantee details, consideration amount, and any existing encumbrance information as soon as we start.
Your task is to translate that information into state-compliant deeds, observing statutory margin sizes, font requirements, acknowledgement wording, and any county-specific cover-sheet rules. The job does not cross state lines, so there’s no need for multistate reciprocity language—just crystal-clear adherence to the regulations of the jurisdiction in which the property sits.
Deliverables
• Editable Microsoft Word file for each deed
• Companion PDF ready for direct signature and recording
• Notary acknowledgement blocks drafted to local statute
• Recording instructions or cover sheet (if the county requires one)
Acceptance criteria
• Formatting passes county clerk pre-screen in first submission
• Legal description and parties’ names reproduced verbatim from the data I provide
• No blank spaces that could invite alteration after execution
Turnaround of two business days is ideal; let me know if you need slightly longer. Accuracy and record-office readiness matter more than speed, so cite any recent real-estate deed work that proves you understand local recording quirks. Once the county confirms acceptance, I’ll mark the project complete and release payment immediately.
