I’m preparing to take my new book on Gen Z, social media, stress, and wellbeing on the road and I need a proactive outreach partner based in India to make it happen. The goal is straightforward: secure and smoothly arrange 25 pro-bono book-signing events in tier-1 and tier-2 cities across North, South, and West India.
We will prioritise independent and chain book stores for each stop; cafés or even library spaces can serve as back-ups if you uncover a perfect fit, but every venue must agree to waive rental or hosting fees. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting, negotiating, and locking dates, then keeping me updated through a shared calendar or basic CRM sheet—whatever keeps communication clear.
To be considered, attach a concise yet detailed project proposal outlining:
• Your outreach strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person visits, etc.)
• A tentative city & venue roadmap covering the three regions
• How you will confirm events and capture venue requirements
Deliverables & acceptance criteria
• 25 confirmed signing slots, each with written venue confirmation and zero hosting cost
• A master schedule with contact names, addresses, and agreed timings
• Post-event brief for every stop highlighting attendance and any press or social coverage
If you’ve already executed literary tours, pop-up events, or brand activations, mention the highlights—they’ll help me gauge fit. Let’s bring this conversation-starting book directly to the readers who need it most.
Payments will be made based on number of successful events with minimum 50 people audience and sales of minimum number of copies >>
Share your proposal with outcomes based payment schedule by checking the excel >> My budget is 5k per month
