Project Title: Seeking Pre-built ERP & Accounting System with Source Code for Customization & Resale
Description:
We are an IT solutions company looking to purchase a ready-made, fully functional ERP and Accounting system. We do not want a system built from scratch; we want to acquire an existing solution with its full source code so we can modify it, add specific features, and deploy it to multiple clients under our own company.
Core Requirements:
* Source Code & Ownership: Full source code must be provided. We will be customizing the system and installing it for various clients of ours.
* Architecture: Must be a SaaS platform that supports both Online and Offline functionality.
* Languages: Full bilingual support for English and Arabic (UI and data).
* Accounting Module: Must feature a robust accounting system based on the 7-class accounting structure, including a dynamic Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and all standard comprehensive ERP modules (Inventory, POS, etc.).
* Customization: We will require you to make specific modifications and add a few custom points to the existing base before handover.
Important Condition for Applicants:
We will only consider freelancers or agencies who already have a finished, working ERP system. You must provide a live demo or trial of your existing system in your proposal. Our decision to proceed with the project will be based entirely on reviewing and testing your current system.
