React Professional Portfolio Site -- 2

I want a clean, responsive portfolio built with React that highlights my professional experience and résumé. I already sketched a handful of layout ideas—think modern sections, subtle transitions, and a prominent résumé download—but I’m open to your creative input to refine the look and feel.

The core objectives are straightforward: code a fast-loading single-page application, keep everything component-based, and make sure the design scales nicely from mobile to desktop. React Router (or an equivalent approach) will be needed for smooth in-page navigation, and I’d like the styling handled with either CSS-in-JS (styled-components, emotion) or a well-structured SCSS setup—whichever you’re most comfortable with.

To keep us aligned, here’s what I expect as concrete deliverables:
• Complete React source code in a Git repository, clearly organised and commented
• A live, deploy-ready build (Netlify, Vercel, or similar)
• README with setup instructions and a brief explanation of your component structure
• Final design matches or thoughtfully improves on my initial sketches, maintaining accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
