I am at the stage of pouring a 3,600 sq ft RCC lantern-style slab together with its supporting beams for a brand-new home. Permits are already approved; what I still need are complete architectural and structural drawings that will let my contractor cast confidently and without delays.

Your work starts with a site visit so you can verify dimensions, soil bearing notes and the existing column layout. From there I’m looking for a full set of coordinated plans that show slab thicknesses, beam sizes, reinforcement details and bar bending schedules, all compliant with IS codes. Please include a concise bill of quantities so I can lock in steel and concrete orders before the pour.

Deliverables
• Architectural slab layout in DWG & PDF
• Structural drawings with reinforcement detailing (RCC)
• Bar bending schedule & BOQ
• Brief site-visit report highlighting any on-site adjustments

Accuracy and clarity are vital because the pour is scheduled shortly after drawings are approved, so I need someone who can turn this around quickly and answer the contractor’s practical questions in real time.
