**Title / Project Brief: Commission-Based Cold Caller & Sales Partner **

I am looking for a motivated freelance sales partner to help Aatmdeep Labs Private Limited acquire clients for website development and business automation services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Contact local businesses such as salons, coaching centres, clinics and shops.
* Introduce our website development, online booking, CRM integration and AI voice assistant services.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule demo meetings.
* Follow up with interested prospects and help convert them into paying clients.
* Maintain a record of calls, leads and follow-ups.

**Compensation:**

* 35% commission on the eligible setup fee actually received by the company for each successfully converted client.
* Commission is calculated excluding GST.
* No fixed salary or upfront payment is offered.
* Commission terms and payment conditions will be agreed in writing before starting.

**Requirements:**

* Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish.
* Confidence in speaking with business owners.
* Basic sales and follow-up skills.
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
