"Rate India" E-commerce App and Website

Need a complete Flipkart-style Multi-Vendor E-commerce Android App + Responsive Website named "Rate India". Must be built using ready-made Flutter App source code and WooCommerce + Dokan Multi-Vendor setup for quick deployment.

​Automated Shipping: Shiprocket / Pickrr API integration for auto courier pickup, label generation, and live order tracking.
​Automated Payments & Split: Razorpay / Paytm integration with Razorpay Route or Dokan Auto Payout (Auto-split Admin Commission and Vendor Share).
​Free Delivery Setup: System should automatically add Courier Charges (e.g. ₹80) + Admin Commission (10%) to the vendor's product base price and display "FREE Delivery" to customers.
​Customer & Vendor Panel: Customer app with order cancellation/refund feature + Vendor dashboard + Super Admin panel.
