I have several ongoing datasets that need to be entered, cleaned, and reformatted with zero tolerance for errors. Most of the work happens inside Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, though I also need occasional conversions from PDF into either Word or Excel and a bit of copy-and-paste web research when a field is missing.

You turn them around quickly, standardising date and number formats, removing duplicates, and making sure every column aligns with the required template. If you notice inconsistencies, flag them or fix them on the spot. Once complete, you return a polished spreadsheet ready for immediate use.

Timeliness is as important as accuracy: most batches must be finished within 24 hours of upload. I value clear communication, so let me know right away if a file looks unreadable or if you spot a pattern that could streamline the process.
