One-Time Excel Expert Required – Create a Pre-Formatted & Formula-Based Excel File

I am looking for an Excel expert for a one-time project to create a new Excel workbook from scratch.

The freelancer will need to design the Excel sheet, enter/structure the required data, and create formulas so that calculations are automated. The final file should be easy to use, professional, and ready for future data entry.

Requirements:

- Create the Excel workbook from scratch
- Design a clear and professional layout
- Create the required data tables/fields
- Add appropriate Excel formulas and calculations
- Make the sheet automatically calculate results when new data is entered
- Use data validation/drop-downs where required
- Apply proper formatting and conditional formatting where useful
- Ensure formulas are accurate and protected from accidental changes where appropriate
- Make the workbook simple for a non-technical user to operate
- Test the completed workbook with sample data before delivery

Freelancer should have:

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating automated/formula-based Excel templates
- Knowledge of advanced Excel formulas
