Quick, Accurate Document Retyping

I have a collection of documents that need to be re-keyed into clean, editable files. The source material ranges from handwritten pages and scanned PDFs to a few digital files that just need consistent formatting, so accuracy in both wording and basic layout matters more to me than pure speed.

Please retype what you see exactly—spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks should match the originals—while removing obvious blemishes such as stray marks or scan artifacts. Unless a specific spreadsheet makes better sense for any tabular sections, deliver the final work in a Microsoft Word file; if you prefer to return plain text for notes or code blocks, that is fine too as long as the content remains faithful.

I will share a small sample once we connect; feel free to retype a short excerpt to demonstrate your accuracy before we proceed with the full batch. In your reply, let me know your typical turnaround time per 10 pages and any tools (e.g., OCR, dictation software, proofreading utilities) you rely on to keep errors to a minimum. Clear, error-free documents delivered on schedule will be the key acceptance criteria for this project.
