I have a concession business and already designed a rough layout plus PNG artwork. Now I need a clean, single-page site that people reach after scanning our QR code.

Flow I envision
• Landing section: a concise introduction and a clear “View Documents” button (this is what visitors see first).
• Documents section: once the button is pressed, the concession documents appear directly on the same page—no extra download or pop-up. Beside or beneath the documents sits a contact form.
• Contact form fields: Name, Business Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Message. When the user hits Submit, the details must be sent to our linked Gmail account.

Assets on hand
• Rough-draft document (PDF/Word) that should display in the Documents section.
• PNG artwork to weave into the design for branding consistency.

Key needs
1. Mobile-first, responsive layout so the page looks great on phones (most scans will be mobile).
2. Light, fast loading code—plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript is fine, but open to React/Vue if you think it speeds things up without bloating.
3. Clear instructions or script to update the Gmail address later, plus any hosting guidance if required.

Deliverable
A ready-to-upload webpage (html, css, js, assets) that follows the flow above and has been tested for form delivery to Gmail.

If anything here is unclear, let me know—otherwise looking forward to seeing this live soon!
