Counselling Website & App Development

I’m building a digital counselling platform that works seamlessly on the web as well as iOS and Android. The heart of the product is real-time support: clients need to be able to start a secure text chat, switch to a voice call, or move into a full video session with a qualified counsellor— all inside the same interface and without needing any third-party software.

Because every counsellor on the platform will be an independent professional, the system also has to let them create a profile, upload credentials, set availability, and go live once I approve them from an admin panel. On the client side, a clean sign-up, profile area, and searchable list of available counsellors will keep things simple. Push notifications (or in-browser alerts) for new messages and upcoming sessions are essential so no one misses a connection.

I’m open to the stack you recommend, though real-time tools such as WebRTC, Twilio or similar, and a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native make sense. Security and data privacy are non-negotiable, so please factor in encryption for all text, voice, and video traffic as well as GDPR-style data handling.
