Python/Django Technical Interviewer

I need an accomplished interviewer who can run end-to-end technical screens for full-stack candidates whose primary stack is Python and Django. Your own background should include hands-on freelance work: I value the practical, solutions-driven mindset that comes from billing clients and shipping code without a safety net.

Here’s how the collaboration will work. I’ll forward you résumés and contact details; you take it from there—scheduling, running the interview, and sending back a concise evaluation. While I am interested in overall fit, the main goal is a deep dive into technical competence: architecture decisions, ORM performance tuning, RESTful API design, testing strategy, deployment on AWS or similar, and how they keep code maintainable in a fast-moving environment. Feel free to sprinkle in behavioral probes if it helps illuminate their thinking, but keep the spotlight on hard skills.

Deliverables after each session:
• A written report (1–2 pages) summarising strengths, red flags, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
• A numeric scorecard so I can compare candidates at a glance.
• Optional recording link if the candidate agrees.
