E-Commerce Newsletter Email Marketing Campaign

My e-commerce store needs a sequence of engaging newsletters that convert subscribers into buyers. I already have a well-maintained, opted-in email list; what’s missing is a polished campaign that consistently showcases new products, seasonal collections, and helpful content in a way that drives clicks and sales.

Scope of work
• Plan a three-month newsletter calendar with clear themes and send dates
• Write persuasive, brand-aligned copy for each issue
• Design responsive templates that render flawlessly in major email clients
• Implement the campaign in my ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar platform—whichever you prefer)
• Set up basic segmentation and A/B tests to optimise subject lines and content blocks
• Track key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and provide a brief performance summary after each send

Acceptance criteria
• Templates pass major spam and accessibility checks
• Mobile and desktop previews show no rendering issues
• Reports are delivered within 48 hours of each send, including actionable insights

Everything—copy, graphics, HTML/CSS, and reports—should be handed over in editable format so I can reuse or update future campaigns without starting from scratch.
