Hi,
I need a Python-based scraping tool for my pharmaceutical business, GS PHARMA.

1. Functionality
1. Extract facility data by state, district, system of medicine, facility type and any other available filters.
2. The portal shows only the first 50 matching records per search. Please explain and implement a strategy to extract the maximum data, such as smaller filter combinations, pagination, or other permitted methods. Do not just repeat the same search.
3. Export to Excel (.xlsx) with clean, consistently named columns.
4. Remove duplicates using the unique facility ID, or name plus address if no ID exists.
5. Provide a coverage report showing the count extracted against the count the portal shows for each search, and which searches hit the 50-record limit.
6. Support pause, resume and auto-retry, so an interruption does not restart the work.
7. Include a progress display, an error log and a simple settings/config file, so I can change states and categories without editing code.
2. Deliverables
1. A Windows EXE that works on Windows
2. Complete, readable source code (not obfuscated) with a requirements/dependency list.
3. A short user guide with setup and usage steps.
4. The code and the EXE are mine to use, modify and run on any number of my computers, with no license keys or machine locking.
3. Data privacy
1. All data must stay only on my computer. Nothing may be uploaded, stored or shared on your servers or any third-party server, cloud or database.
2. The tool must contain no telemetry, analytics, remote logging or hidden network calls. It should connect only to the NHPR portal.
3. Please tell me in advance if any external API, proxy or paid service is needed.
4. Please do not keep or reuse my project data or code after delivery.
1. Use reasonable request delays and no aggressive parallel requests.
4. Testing and acceptance
a demo on 1 or 2 districts with a sample Excel output and your proposed strategy for the 50-record limit.
3. I may have the code independently reviewed before final approval.
5. Support
1. Free bug-fix support for 30 days after delivery, including fixes if the portal layout changes.
2. Please quote future changes and maintenance separately.

• Total fixed price and delivery time
• Charges for support beyond 30 days
