PVD Stainless Glass Brackets

I need a reliable metal-work partner to fabricate a small batch of stainless-steel brackets/feet designed to secure an 8 mm sheet of toughened glass. See attached drawings and dimensions, what I need now is the manufacturing expertise to turn them into finished parts. These drawings are for initials costings, there will be further designs in the pipeline so I want to find a partner who will engage in the creative process. I am looking at various designs to support this sheet of glass.

Scope
• Quantity: 11–100 units in the first run, with repeat orders possible if the quality is right.
• Material: 304 or 316 stainless, suitable for PVD.
• Finish: Satin Brass, Matt Black, Brushed Stainless, and Bronze. Each bracket must arrive fully finished and ready for installation, with colour consistency across the batch.
• QC: All edges deburred, no visible weld marks, holding strength sufficient for interior architectural use. I will check finish adhesion, colour match, and dimensional accuracy against the drawings.

Please tell me about your previous PVD work, available equipment (CNC, laser cutting, polishing, PVD line), and approximate lead time once you receive the files. I’m happy to send the drawings under NDA so you can provide an accurate quote and production timeline.
