The job centres on a detailed PSS E model of a large-scale photovoltaic plant integrated with a pumped-hydro storage scheme and tied to the Australian National Electricity Market. I already have the basic single-line diagrams and key equipment data; what I need now is a full system study that treats the PV array and the hydro turbines as one coordinated asset.

Primary objectives
• Build and validate the composite model in PSS E, capturing inverter controls, governor/turbine dynamics, and all relevant protection schemes.
• Run a stability suite that zooms in on frequency stability under typical contingency events (generator loss, network faults, large load steps).
• Check NER compliance and document any clauses that require design adjustments.
• Evaluate power quality at the point of connection and throughout the nearby feeders.

Transmission focus
Please quantify the following:
• Capacity limits of the existing 220 kV corridor
• Line losses across the proposed route options
• Transformer loading at each substation interface

Deliverables
1. PSS E *.sav, *.dyr, and *.idv files with clear naming conventions
2. Technical report (Word + PDF) detailing methodology, simulation results, risks, and recommendations
3. Slide deck (PowerPoint) for stakeholder presentation
4. Risk register highlighting technical, regulatory, and schedule exposures
5. Appendix crediting individual team member contributions and the data sources used

Acceptance criteria
• All simulations reproducible on PSS E v35 or later
• Frequency excursions meet NER S5.2 limits without additional plant tripping
• Transmission assessments align within ±5 % of load-flow convergence tolerance
• Final report passes internal peer review with no Category A comments

I can supply plant datasheets, grid connection specifications, and a template for the report as soon as we kick off.
