Purchase Verified Meta Messaging App

I want to acquire full ownership of an already-approved Meta application that carries the “Meta verified” status and has the following Messaging permissions enabled on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp:

• Send messages
• Read messages
• Manage messages

This is for personal use, not a company deployment, so a single-owner transfer is enough. The ideal hand-over includes:

1. Transfer of the app inside the Meta for Developers dashboard with full admin rights.
2. Proof that the app’s messaging scopes are live and in production (screenshots plus access test).
3. Any existing Graph API credentials, webhook setup details and documentation you have.
