Provide Multilingual Speech Datasets

I am sourcing ready-made speech audio datasets that I can license for commercial use right away. The collections must already include time-aligned transcripts and be in WAV + TXT format.

Your material should cover three speech styles—reading, general, and conversational—and, at minimum, include English, Spanish, and multiple language recordings. All files need to be clean, free from background noise, and contain no wake-word utterances.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A brief catalog sheet listing each language, total hours, and speaker count
• Access to a short demo sample so I can verify audio quality and transcript accuracy
• Confirmation that you hold full rights and can grant me commercial usage
