About the Project
We are looking for an experienced ATS Implementation Consultant / Recruiting Technology Consultant to help our company select, obtain, and set up an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The ATS will be an important part of our company's recruiting process. We need the system to allow our company to create and manage job postings and distribute/post our open positions to major job boards and recruiting platforms so we can attract and hire new employees.
What We Need You to Do
The successful freelancer will:
Identify suitable ATS platforms based on our company's hiring needs.
Contact ATS providers and communicate with their sales/onboarding teams on behalf of our company.
Help us obtain a new company ATS account.
Explain our company's recruiting requirements to the ATS provider.
Compare pricing, features, contracts, and implementation options.
Negotiate pricing and setup fees where possible.
Help complete the vendor's application, verification, and onboarding process.
Make sure the ATS account is established under our company's legal/business information.
Configure the ATS for recruiting and job posting.
Set up job posting/distribution to appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.
Configure users, permissions, job pipelines, application workflows, and basic recruiting settings.
Test the system to make sure job postings and applications work correctly.
Provide basic training or documentation for our team.
Ideal Freelancer
You should have proven experience with:
ATS implementation and onboarding
Recruiting operations / Talent Acquisition technology
ATS vendor communication and negotiations
Job board integrations and job distribution
Setting up ATS accounts for companies
Recruiting workflows and applicant management
Platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms
Experience negotiating with ATS vendors and helping companies get approved and onboarded is a major plus.

We are looking for someone who can professionally represent our company during the ATS purchasing and onboarding process.
The ATS account must be created using our company's legitimate business information and must belong to our company. We are not looking for someone to use a personal account or provide misleading information to an ATS provider.
Deliverables
By the end of the project, we want:
A recommended ATS solution or shortlist of suitable ATS providers.
Vendor communication and pricing information.
Assistance with negotiation and account acquisition.
A successfully established company ATS account.
Job-board/job-distribution functionality configured.
Recruiting workflow configured and tested.
Basic instructions/training for our team.
