I’m getting ready to market a new listing and need a confident, camera-ready presenter who can guide viewers through a polished tour of the home. The finished video should feel like a seamless walk-through that spotlights the interior finishes and layout, shows off the curb appeal and backyard, and gives a quick taste of the neighborhood amenities that make the address so attractive.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• You arrive on-site, introduce the property on camera, then lead the audience room-by-room, pausing to highlight notable interior features—think custom cabinetry, upgraded fixtures, and architectural details.
• We step outside for exterior shots, covering the façade, landscaping, and any outdoor living spaces.
• To wrap up, you provide short commentary on nearby parks, cafés, or transit options so buyers understand the lifestyle on offer.

Deliverables
1. A fully edited, color-corrected video (2–4 min) in 1080p or higher, ready for MLS, YouTube, and social platforms.
2. Branded lower-thirds and simple music bed with all rights cleared.
3. One 15–30 sec teaser cut for social reels.
4. Project files or a version for any future re-edits.
