Property Layout Design for Residential and Commercial

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a comprehensive layout for both a residential and commercial 6 acre property that has a fully functioning tree/plant nursery. The design should encompass:

- Exterior: large Greenhouse in front of pond, identify location for future house, area for growing outdoor plants, event space for weddings, shipping containers changed into functional spaces (next to greenhouse), 1 large space dedicated to having a large fenced in yard with animal stalls.
- Landscaping: Gardens, pathways, beautiful natural pond.

I’ll attach photo of what the property looks like now to give you a solid starting point.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in property layout design, both residential and commercial.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
