Large-Format Graphic Redesign

I have an existing graphic saved as a JPEG/PNG that now needs to be fully rebuilt at 1220 mm high × 2135 mm wide with a 10 mm bleed on all sides. The finished artwork must match the original look pixel-for-pixel, but be set up properly for large-format printing.

Please recreate the file from scratch (vector where possible) and supply:
• Print-ready PDF sized exactly to 1220 mm × 2135 mm plus bleed
• The editable source file (AI or PSD)

Colour profile, resolution and trim marks should follow standard print guidelines so the printer can send it straight to press without adjustments. Let me know if you need the current JPEG/PNG or any additional specs before you begin.
