PROJECTSURE – WEBSITE PHASE 1
We are starting ProjectSure as a website-first platform. We do NOT need a mobile app at this stage. The website should, however, be designed so a mobile app can be added later without rebuilding the entire system.
The website must be fully mobile-friendly, because many customers and contractors will use it from their phones.
There will be three user types:
Residential Customer — Homeowners can create a free account, submit a project, describe the work needed, provide their address/contact information, upload photos/documents, and follow their project.
Commercial Customer — Businesses can register using a company name and contact person, submit commercial projects, upload photos/documents, and eventually manage multiple projects or locations.
Contractor / ProjectSure Professional — Contractors can apply free to join ProjectSure, select their trades and service areas, provide company information, upload insurance/licenses where applicable, provide references and work photos, and submit their application for ProjectSure approval.
Electricians, plumbers, and HVAC professionals must have fields for applicable license information and document uploads. Other contractors can provide experience, work examples, and preferably two references. Requirements need to be configurable based on trade and applicable laws.
Contractors must NOT automatically become approved when they register. Their application must go to ProjectSure for review.
PROJECTSURE ADMIN PORTAL
I need a private admin dashboard where ProjectSure can review customers, commercial accounts, contractor applications, contractor documents, new project requests, project photos, project status, contractor assignments, pricing, milestones, documents, messages, and payments/payment status as functionality is introduced.
The system must support different permissions. Customers should not see ProjectSure’s internal information or contractor compensation. Contractors should not see ProjectSure’s internal margin or customer-facing pricing unless ProjectSure specifically chooses to show something.
WEBSITE NAVIGATION
Home | Residential | Commercial | Contractors | How It Works | ProjectSure Protection | About | FAQ | Contact | Sign Up | Log In
The homepage should immediately give visitors three choices:
I Need Help With My Home
I Need Help With My Business
I’m a Contractor
Customer signup should say:

You tell us what you need. We handle the rest.

FUTURE MOBILE APP
The website database, accounts, projects, documents, and backend should be structured so that a ProjectSure iPhone/Android app can eventually connect to the same system.
When the app is developed later, existing customers and contractors should use their same ProjectSure account and existing project information. We should not have to rebuild the customer/contractor database.
IMPORTANT: Before development starts, I want to see the complete website wireframe and user flow for Residential, Commercial, Contractor, and ProjectSure Admin accounts. Please provide the Phase 1 scope and price before beginning development.
