Project title: Professional Bilingual Website for RTT & Coaching + Booking System and QR Code
I am looking for an experienced web designer and developer to build and launch a professional website for my RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and coaching practice in Amsterdam.
My name is Maryam Abdi, and I am a qualified RTT Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist. My clients include people seeking personal growth and support with confidence, relationships and professional development, including professionals and entrepreneurs.
Design and branding
The website should look elegant, warm, welcoming and trustworthy, with subtle grey tones, tasteful gold accents and artistic details.
My name, Maryam Abdi, must be prominently displayed. I will provide my business card design as a visual reference. Please provide a design proposal for approval before building the website.

Home: introduction, overview of services and clear “Book a session” buttons.
About me: background, qualifications and approach.
RTT: explanation of RTT, the session process and frequently asked questions.
Coaching: my approach and the areas I help clients with.
Sessions and pricing: editable services, prices and session durations.
Contact and booking: contact form, practice details and appointment booking.
Privacy and cookies: information and settings appropriate to the features used.
Languages and content
The website must launch in Dutch and English, with a visible language switch. It should support adding Farsi, including right-to-left layouts, later.
I will provide my personal information, qualifications and core content. Please specify whether your price includes help with editing, organising or translating the text.
Booking system
Clients should be able to select a service, view available appointments, book a session and receive an automatic confirmation email.
I must be able to manage availability, block dates and update services, durations and prices. Please explain which booking system you recommend and disclose all recurring costs. Quote online payment integration separately as an optional extra.
Other requirements
Responsive design for phones, tablets and computers.
Fast loading, HTTPS and basic SEO setup.
Contact form with spam protection.
Social media links and support for embedding authorised videos.
An easy-to-use editor so I can update text, images, prices and videos myself.
Ability to add testimonials and articles later.
QR code
Create a QR code linking directly to my permanent website domain for use on business cards and printed marketing materials.
Provide SVG and high-resolution PNG files. The QR code must not expire or require a paid QR-code subscription. Please test it on iPhone and Android devices.
Future mobile app
I plan to commission a mobile app later as a separate project. Possible features include appointment booking, secure access to personalised hypnotherapy recordings, listening progress and optional reminders.
Please explain how your proposed website could support this future app and which components could be reused. App development is not included in this initial project.
Delivery and ownership
Your quote should include setup, testing, launch and a short handover tutorial showing me how to manage the website.
The domain, hosting and third-party accounts must be registered in my name. I must receive full administrator access and ownership of the website and agreed design assets.
Before delivery, please test both language versions, booking confirmations, contact forms, mobile layouts, links and the QR code. Include 30 days of support for fixing defects after launch.
