Project: Social Media Manager & Marketing Content Creator — Ongoing

Im looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator / Digital Marketing Manager to build brand awareness, grow our audience, create high-quality content, and drive new client bookings.

Responsibilities
Manage our social media accounts on an ongoing basis
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content
Develop Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, posts, Stories, and before/after haircut content
Create a consistent visual identity and content style for the DO brand
Build brand awareness and increase followers
Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy
Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and relevant hashtags
Promote our haircut services and specialty/custom haircuts
Create content specifically designed to generate appointments and bookings
Monitor analytics and continuously improve performance
Research trends, sounds, formats, and competitor strategies
Develop monthly content calendars
Recommend advertising/paid social campaigns when appropriate
Track growth, engagement, reach, leads, and bookings

What I'm Looking For
Proven experience managing social media for barbershops, salons, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium local businesses
Strong content creation and video-editing skills
Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Strong understanding of local marketing and customer acquisition
Ability to turn creative content into actual bookings and revenue
Strong visual/branding sense
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience with AI content creation is a major plus
