Bilingual Real Estate Reels Editor

I run a residential real estate brand in Florida and publish regularly Instagram Reels in both Spanish and English. I’m ready to hand off the editing to someone fluent in Spanish who can keep every clip sharp, modern, and on-brand.

What I need edited
• Talking-head vertical clips tightened to 30–60 seconds
• Strong hooks in the first three seconds, dynamic subtitles throughout, and smooth transitions between cuts
• Clean, minimalistic on-screen graphics that match my branding palette
• B-roll overlays of property tours and surrounding local amenities when the script calls for them
• Consistent pacing that feels professional yet engaging for buyers and sellers scrolling their feeds

Preferred skill set
You’re comfortable working in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a comparable short-form workflow, and ideally you already edit for real estate agents so you understand listing footage, neighborhood shots, and compliance considerations.
