I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to take over the operations of my company, allowing me to focus on writing additional books. Currently, I have three books in progress:
1. Best of the Best: Top Gun Hollywood Journeys
2. Hollywood Goes to GTMO (a story about my two years in Cuba before attending Top Gun)
3. Kid Curry and Outlaws in 1903 (a story about Kid Curry, Butch Cassidy, and the Sundance Kid).
The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of operations, including marketing strategies, sales management, and ensuring we meet our goal of selling 1,500 books per month. The initial budget is $5,000–$6,000 over three months, after which we will pause and assess progress. MARKETING EXPENSES DURING THIS 3 MONTH PERIOD WILL BE SUPPLIED FROM THE BUDGET. However, I am open to offering a profit-sharing model as an additional incentive based on performance. This could lead to substantial earnings for the right candidate who achieves or exceeds sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with verifiable NUMBERS from past projects.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills. YOU WILL NOT HAVE PEOPLE TO MANAGE.
- Expertise in book publishing or marketing is ABSOLUTELY mandatory.
