I have a PDF of fewer than ten pages that needs to be reproduced in Microsoft Word so perfectly that a side-by-side comparison shows no visible differences. The file is primarily text, yet every detail matters: original margins, fonts, line spacing, and overall page layout must carry over exactly. Both the header and footer areas are present on each page, and they include page numbers, dates, and titles, so those elements have to remain in the same positions and with identical styling.

Your task is to:

• convert the entire document to an editable .docx
• preserve all formatting cues—paragraph indents, headings hierarchy, and any subtle spacing choices
• maintain page breaks so the new Word file mirrors the PDF page-for-page
• proofread the result so no characters are dropped or mis-rendered

The finished Word file should open without compatibility warnings and be ready for immediate editing or printing.

When you send your proposal, briefly outline the tools or workflow (Adobe Acrobat, OCR software, manual clean-up, etc.) you’ll use, mention similar projects you have completed, and give a realistic turnaround time. The original PDF will be supplied once the project is awarded.
