Project: Low-Latency Sports Betting Arbitrage Automation Tool
Overview
I am looking for an experienced developer to build a fully automated sports betting arbitrage/trading software that integrates with the OddsJam API and supported sportsbook APIs.

The goal is to automate the process of identifying high-percentage arbitrage opportunities and executing the required bets as quickly as possible, without requiring me to manually enter each wager.

Core Requirements
The software should:

Connect to the OddsJam API and continuously monitor available arbitrage opportunities.
Identify and rank opportunities based on the highest available arbitrage percentage/edge.
Retrieve the current odds directly from the relevant sportsbook/API immediately before attempting to place a bet.
Execute bets automatically when the opportunity meets the configured criteria.
Have very low latency between detecting an opportunity, validating the odds, and submitting the wager.
Perform a final odds/market validation immediately before submission.
Never place a wager if the odds have changed from the required price or if the arbitrage opportunity is no longer valid.
Handle partial fills, rejected wagers, changed odds, unavailable markets, API errors, timeouts, and other sportsbook responses appropriately.
Calculate the appropriate stake for each side of an arbitrage opportunity based on the available bankroll and desired strategy.
Support configurable minimum arbitrage percentages, maximum wager sizes, bankroll limits, and other risk controls.
Maintain detailed logs of opportunities detected, wagers attempted, wagers accepted/rejected, odds changes, errors, and results.
Provide a dashboard or interface where I can monitor the system, bankroll allocation, active opportunities, wagers, and performance.
Autonomous Operation
I would like the system to operate with minimal or no manual intervention.

Where technically and legally permitted by the sportsbook/API terms, I would like the software to be capable of:

Monitoring OddsJam continuously.
Detecting the best qualifying arbitrage opportunity.
Checking the current sportsbook odds.
Verifying that the market, line, price, and other relevant parameters still match the opportunity.
Confirming that the expected arbitrage percentage is still above my configured threshold.
Determining the appropriate stake.
Submitting the wagers automatically through the supported API.
Detecting and responding to rejected or changed wagers.
Recording the complete transaction and outcome.
For account funding/deposits, I would prefer an automated workflow where supported and permitted by the relevant sportsbook/payment APIs. If deposits cannot legitimately be automated through an API, the software should instead notify me that additional funds are required rather than attempting to bypass any sportsbook security, verification, CAPTCHA, or account restrictions.

Latency & Reliability
Low latency is one of the most important requirements of this project.

I want the developer to optimize the architecture for speed, including efficient API communication, asynchronous processing, persistent connections where appropriate, and minimizing unnecessary requests or processing between opportunity detection and bet submission.

The system should prioritize accuracy over blindly submitting wagers. If the odds move during the execution process, the software must revalidate the opportunity and cancel/skip the wager rather than placing a bet at an incorrect price.

Safety/Risk Controls
The software should include configurable safeguards such as:

Maximum stake per wager.
Maximum total exposure.
Minimum arbitrage percentage.
Maximum acceptable odds movement.
Bankroll limits.
Per-sportsbook limits.
Automatic pause after repeated API errors or rejected wagers.
Emergency stop/pause button.
Complete audit/logging of automated actions.
No wager submission when required odds or market conditions cannot be verified.
Technical Expectations
I am looking for someone who has strong experience with:

REST/WebSocket APIs
Sportsbook betting APIs
Odds aggregation
Low-latency systems
Asynchronous programming
API authentication and security
Automated trading/execution systems
Database design
Cloud/server deployment
Monitoring and logging
The developer should be able to review the current OddsJam API documentation and determine which sportsbooks and execution functionality are actually supported. The system should use official/authorized APIs and comply with applicable sportsbook/API terms rather than attempting to circumvent restrictions.

Deliverables
I expect a complete, production-ready software solution rather than a simple script.

Deliverables should include:

Full source code.
OddsJam API integration.
Supported sportsbook API integrations.
Automated opportunity detection.
Arbitrage percentage calculation/ranking.
Real-time odds verification.
Automated wager execution.
Stake calculation.
Risk controls.
Logging and database.
Monitoring/dashboard.
Error handling and retry logic.
Deployment instructions.
Configuration documentation.
Testing of the complete execution workflow.
Post-development bug fixes/support for an agreed period.
Freelancer Requirements
Please only apply if you have real experience building API-driven automated execution systems and can demonstrate relevant previous work.

In your proposal, please include:

Examples of similar automation, trading, betting, or low-latency API projects you have built.
Your preferred programming language/technology stack and why.
Your experience with OddsJam or sportsbook APIs.
How you would minimize latency.
How you would prevent a bet from being submitted when the odds change.
How you would handle rejected wagers or one side of an arbitrage being accepted while the other fails.
Your estimated development timeline.
Your estimated fixed price or hourly rate.
Any API limitations or technical restrictions you anticipate.
Important: I am looking for someone to build the entire system end-to-end, not someone who will simply provide a basic OddsJam scraper or manually assisted betting script. The final product should be reliable, fast, scalable, and designed for automated execution using authorized APIs.
