I need a clean, visually engaging placemat that offers quick access to resources. The piece is strictly informational—no hard-sell language—so layout, typography, and imagery must work together to guide readers smoothly through our company overview and individual product highlights.

Here’s what I’ll hand over to you:
• Our current logo and brand colour codes
• Copy covering company background and a set of concise product descriptions
• A few reference brochures I like for style guidance

And here’s what I expect back:
• A double-sided A4 (or US Letter) brochure ready for professional printing (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed)
• A web-optimised PDF for emailing
• The editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred) with all linked assets and fonts packaged

The design should stay on brand, present the company details first, then flow into the product section using clear headings, icons or images where useful, and plenty of white space. Consistent margins, a logical information hierarchy, and easy-to-read font choices are key acceptance criteria.

If you excel at composing layouts that educate rather than promote and can turn around polished print-ready files promptly, this project will be straightforward and quick to approve.
