I have a set of architectural drawings for a building facade and now need them transformed into photorealistic exterior visuals. Your job is to take my 2D references and translate them into a fully lit 3ds Max scene, applying realistic materials, balanced daylight and evening lighting, and fine-grain detailing so the final images look ready for marketing.

What I will supply
• PDF or DWG elevations, material schedules, and reference photos.
• A mood board that shows the exact tone, colours, and atmosphere I’m after.

What I expect from you
• A clean, well-organised 3ds Max file (Corona or V-Ray renderer is fine).
• Two high-resolution renders (4K PNG or JPG) of the main facade from agreed camera angles.
• One round of minor revisions for tweaks to materials or lighting.

Key points
– The focus is strictly on the exterior; no interior set-up is required.
– Real-world scale and true-to-life textures are essential.
– Please keep vegetation and entourage subtle so the architecture remains the hero.

If you have a portfolio of similar facade work, share the link when you bid so I can gauge the level of realism you can achieve. Looking forward to seeing your take on this facade.
