# Siddwell — Motion Design Brief
This is **not a launch video and not a pure explainer**. It’s a mix of **brand story + product demo + product vision**.
We have an **MVP**, which should be shown using the real product/UI. However, a lot of the broader product described in the script is **not built yet**. We still want to talk about those capabilities because the video is also communicating where Siddwell is going.
### Visual direction
Think:
**Premium fintech × investment banking × AI**
Serious, minimal, sophisticated and highly polished. Avoid generic SaaS/AI aesthetics, cartoon graphics, robots, glowing brains, etc.
The AI should feel like **agents doing real financial work** — reading documents, analyzing deals, preparing materials, matching lenders, coordinating workflows.
### Story
**1. Problem**
Show the painful, fragmented SMB lending process: broker → documents → lender 1 → rejection → lender 2 → months of delay.
Make the financial consequences visually clear: **$500K from delay / $500K from a 0.5% higher rate.**
**2. Contrast**
Show how large companies use investment banks: one team takes the deal to multiple relevant lenders simultaneously and creates competition.
**3. Siddwell**
Introduce Siddwell as bringing that investment-banking process to SMBs using AI agents.
**4. Product workflow**
Where we have the real MVP, **use the actual UI**.
For future/unbuilt functionality, use conceptual UI/motion — it should feel like a believable representation of the product we're building, not a fake “finished” product.
Workflow:
**Deal intake → AI understands the deal → document collection → lender package → lender outreach → human banker negotiates → close**
### Overall objective
By the end, the viewer should understand:
> **Siddwell brings the investment-banking process traditionally available to large companies to SMBs, with AI doing the analyst work and bankers handling the human/relationship layer.**
The video should feel less like **“here are our features”** and more like **“this is how financing should work.”**
