Productivity Business App UI/UX

I have a business-focused application whose sole purpose is to help teams work faster and smarter. To reach that goal, I need a complete UI and UX treatment for both an Android build and a responsive web dashboard.

Here’s the landscape you will be designing for: the core workflows revolve around task scheduling, progress tracking, and quick data entry. Every screen should feel lean, intuitive, and immediately actionable so users can shave minutes—not add them—while they work.

Deliverables I expect
• Low-fidelity wireframes that map the full user journey
• High-fidelity mock-ups in Figma (or a comparable tool) for Android and web breakpoints
• Interactive prototypes good enough for stakeholder walkthroughs and basic usability testing
• A mini design system: colors, typography, iconography, component states, and reusable patterns

Acceptance criteria
• Layouts follow modern Material guidelines on Android and translate seamlessly to web
• Key actions sit no more than two taps/clicks from entry points
• All typography passes WCAG AA contrast on both light and dark modes
• Final assets are organized, named clearly, and handed off in an editable format

If the experience shines on these two platforms, I may extend the work to an iOS version later. Let’s create an interface that actually saves people time.
