I’m preparing a new catalogue of items for an online store and I need an extra set of steady, detail-oriented hands to help me pull together accurate product data and record it in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet.

The work is straightforward but requires patience and consistency: locate each product on reliable sources I provide (popular marketplaces, manufacturer pages, or vetted supplier portals), confirm the latest information, and enter it into my Google Sheet exactly as shown in the template. For every listing I’ll usually want the current selling price, the key specifications that shoppers care about, and a quick snapshot of buyer sentiment drawn from recent reviews. If any field is missing or unclear, take a moment to cross-check another source rather than leaving it blank.

We’ll start with a trial set of 50 products; once I’m confident the information is complete, well-cited, and correctly formatted, we can expand to a few hundred more. Accuracy matters more than speed, so please double-check spellings, units, and number formats before marking a row finished. Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is essential, and a knack for searching the web efficiently will make the job much easier.

Deliverables
• A fully populated spreadsheet for the agreed batch, with every column filled and no duplicate entries.
• Source links pasted in the designated column for quick verification.
• A brief message summarising any items you could not confirm after reasonable effort.
