I’m gearing up to introduce a new consumer-goods line and need an experienced Project Coordinator / Manager who can take full ownership of the launch schedule from today through go-to-market.
You’ll map every milestone—product development checkpoints, packaging approvals, regulatory sign-offs, production runs, logistics hand-offs, and the marketing countdown—then keep all stakeholders moving in lockstep. Clear written and verbal status updates, risk flags, and data-driven decisions are essential.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
• Building and maintaining a living project plan in the PM platform you’re most comfortable with (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or comparable).
• Running weekly cross-functional stand-ups with R&D, supply chain, and marketing leads.
• Tracking critical path items, vendor lead times, and budget burn, adjusting timelines in real time when variables shift.
• Delivering concise progress reports that translate complexity into executive-level clarity.
I’m also assembling the wider launch team—logistics coordinators and social-media/marketing talent will join soon—so your ability to collaborate with new specialists as they come onboard matters.
Acceptance criteria for your work:
1. A detailed, stakeholder-approved launch roadmap delivered within the first week.
2. Weekly status decks with KPI tracking (timeline adherence, cost variance, risk register).
3. A post-launch debrief summarizing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.
If you thrive on orchestrating consumer-goods rollouts and can prove past success driving a product from concept to shelf, let’s talk.
