I’m seeking an experienced LiDAR specialist to take our 30 + pts/m² data all the way to Australian ICSM Level 3 classification. My internal team is firmly rooted in GIS projects, but we need a dedicated partner who can extend our current ground/vegetation/powerline/building workflow to cover low, medium and high vegetation, bridge decks, culverts and every other Level 3 feature required across energy, utilities, forestry and government contracts.

Scope & data
• Source data: airborne LiDAR, 30 + pts/m², tiled LAS/LAZ
• Coverage: initial batches of 500 km² and 1,000 km², with further volumes to follow
• Turn-round: ASAP once we agree on the scope and milestones

What I need from you
1. A concise overview of your LiDAR classification capabilities, toolset and software versions (e.g. TerraScan, LAStools, ArcGIS Pro, CloudCompare, PDAL, custom Python).
2. A step-by-step summary of your automated plus manual workflow and how you maintain QA/QC at each stage.
3. Proof of successful delivery to the ICSM Level 3 standard—project examples, references or sample reports.
4. Indicative per-square-kilometre pricing for the two batch sizes above, including any volume breaks or optional QA reporting.

Deliverables
• Fully classified LAS/LAZ files compliant with ICSM Level 3
• Metadata and QA/QC reports (accuracy statistics, method statement, change log)
• Optional: vector extractions or DEM/DSM derivatives if they’re part of your normal package

I’m happy to arrange a brief call to confirm details and discuss a long-term collaboration once your proposal is in. Looking forward to seeing how you can help us push these GIS projects forward without delay.
